About me

PhD candidate at Università La Sapienza di Roma. My research focuses on the sustainable management of end-of-life vehicles, combining insights from the circular economy, innovation, and policy design.

My journey into research began during my internship at the Embassy of Mexico in Rome, where I conducted economic research and analysis for international reports. Building on this experience, I further developed my skills in market analysis through targeted research projects. Later, as a Research Intern at Eurokleis, I contributed to the development of the Impact Section for project proposals under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Programme, focusing on innovation, deep-tech, and circular economy initiatives.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Economics in Communication and Innovation from La Sapienza, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Entertainment Management from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in Mexico. I also completed an international exchange in International Business at Tampere University of Applied Sciences in Finland, which gave me an early international perspective that continues to shape my work today.

Before fully dedicating myself to research, I built a diverse career in communication, event management, and market research. I had the opportunity to produce two large-scale events: a leadership conference featuring Lee Cockerell, former Executive Vice President of Operations at Walt Disney World Resort, and SANHAFEST, a wellness event that combined conferences, meditation, and yoga sessions, featuring international talents such as Pepe Cabot and DJ Taz Rashid.

In addition, during the pandemic, I contributed to the development of the digital marketplace for my family’s company, VJ Spezial Stuck S.A. de C.V. I now serve as Administrative Delegate following my father’s passing. This experience has further enhanced my leadership, financial management, and strategic long-term planning skills.

Throughout my academic journey, I have had the privilege of studying and living abroad in England, Finland, the United States, and now Italy. These international experiences have greatly enriched my academic perspective and enhanced my adaptability, cultural awareness, and global outlook.
I am fluent in Spanish (native proficiency), English (Academic IELTS B2), and Italian (CILS B1), and I have a basic knowledge of Mandarin Chinese (HSK A1).

Today, I bring this multidisciplinary and international background to my research, approaching complex sustainability challenges with both analytical rigor and practical experience. I am passionate about bridging communication, innovation, and environmental responsibility to drive meaningful change.

I believe that every great discovery begins with intuition. Research transforms that intuition into knowledge, and strategy turns it into real-world impact.
